My sisters and mom and I have all reached a point where we want to be healthier and lose weight, and support each other while doing it.
Our rough plan is to meet at my sister's house every Tuesday at the same time for a weigh-in. I would like to make these weekly meetings a time of inspiration, recipe swaps, information on health, etc, but I have never been to any sort of formal weight loss group.
Any ideas? Are there any websites you could recommend? Or if you've been to a weight loss support group like Weight Watchers, what is the structure/format?
