When should I test

So, this has been a cycle of missing info. Last cycle was a week shorter than my normal and annovulatory due to frequent night-nursing. This cycle, we night-weaned on CD15. Temping was impossible for a week after that due to screaming-in-the-night toddler/lack of sleep.

My temp definitely went up some time mid-cycle, and I remember a few days of EWCM (though I might have recorded the days wrong). FF is not sure when I ovulated. (I'm not either)

I am now on CD35. This is pretty much the longest I go. Not feeling pg or like I'm getting af. Could it be that my cycle is longer b/c of night-weaning mid-cycle? Should I expect the same symptoms as the last time I was preggo? When did I ovulate? When should I test?

I only have one preg test and I'd like to use it wisely (so to speak).

So, who wants to see my chart? Thanks mamas!

If you are testing with cheap tests (IC or dollar tree) feel free to test now.

If you are testing with FRER or something else that costs more than a dollar per test... I would wait at least 3 more days. Just to be safe.

I highly suggest getting dollar tree tests and using one of those though! If it comes back with a line, try a FRER.

Make sure to avoid tests that use blue dye, they have been giving a lot of false positives lately (yes, they give real positives too but see, you never know if its a false or true positive until you retest with a more reliable brand anyway so dont waste your money!)
