Can any recommend a good stroller for twins? Preferably one that is also a good deal? Thanks!

We found a Phil and Teds on Craigslist for $250. It is great: air filled tires that swivel, narrow enough to fit through a doorway, lies flat for infants, fits car seat (but maybe not two carseats?), folds up but not very compact for travel.

i have a phil & teds sport stroller and LOVE it. way, way, way easier to maneuver than a regular side-by-side or tandem double stroller. has wheel that can swivel or lock. adjusts/reclines in about a thousand different ways. much lighter, folds down more compactly than other double strollers. cons: pricey, less storage room (storage basket becomes foot place for second child). highly recommended.

Yeah, unfortunately with surprise twins on the way and 4 other kids on a pastor's salary, that's way more than we can afford. I'm not looking for the rolls royce of strollers or something that handles like a dream, just the more affordable option for getting the job done. Thanks though!

yeah i know, it is ridiculously expensive. i was lucky and my coworker arranged a baby shower and people just gave $ towards it, not regular gifts, but otherwise i wouldn't have been able to get it either.

i have seen some great double stollers on kijiji (i think craigslist is more common in the states?). if you keep an eye on the baby section (or post a "wanted" ad), i bet you could find a great used stroller for $75 or so!
