Original Recipe & Directions
I made this tonight, a GF vegan version, and DH & my 15mo DS loved it!! I love cauliflower but never had a great recipe to make with it!!
1 medium cauliflower
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium white onion, cut into 1/4-in. dice
3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
sea salt (I just used regular sea salt)
2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
6 tbs. Earth Balance, cut into 6 pieces
1 lb. GF penne
~1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup coarse fresh bread crumbs (I used corn bread), sautéed in 1 tbs. olive oil until golden brown
1 tsp. minced dried rosemary (I added this with the water in step 3 since I didn't have fresh rosemary)
