what's for lunch?

lately I've been having baked jacket potato with either eggs, tuna, or salmon. Going to try it with some salad beans too at some point this week. It's really satisfying and keeps me full longer than a salad or sandwich does.

Ended up with half a bacon and cheese sandwich, potato salad and I have a hardboiled egg I may eat too.

I just made spaghetti for our lunch here.

Most likely leftover lasagna. But if I get motivated I may make a pizza.

Either leftover chinese food or apple slices, cheese, and triscuit crackers. Depends on what I'm in the mood for (hard to say, as I'm still eating breakfast now).

We had fried ham brushed with maple syrup, corn on the cob with butter, and some baked beans. It was yummy. I don't usually go so all-out for lunch, but that ham was calling my name...

Today I'm having a bowl of oatmeal with raisins. I know it's more a breakfast food than a lunch, but I didn't have time for breakfast today!

Yest. The kids wanted peanut butter sandwiches and apple slices, which I hate

so I searched the fridge and stir fried 2 leftover canned tomatoes, onion, tons of garlic, basil, sliced black olives, asparagus, through in some cooked noodles that were in the fridge and topped it with dried chili flakes and green onions It was YUMMY

I just finished lunch #3
(In my defense, I'm at a healthy weight and am ravenously hungry since I'm tandem nursing!)

#1 was leftover Yummy Lentils and Spinach

#2 was smoothie with kale, OJ, banana, and strawberries

#3 was a cheese quesadilla made on a whole-wheat tortilla (folded in half, so I just used one)

I'm going to have a sandwich of some sort, not entirely sure what yet. I kind of want the old comfort food: peanut butter and jam with a tall glass of milk.
