Cheapest prepaid cell plan?

Right now I have Virgin Mobile's unlimited talk plan for $49.99 mo which comes out to about $53mo. I don't have anything but talk, no txt, data, email, web, nothing. They no longer offer this plan to new customers and instead have a pretty awesome new one. I can get 1200 min plus all the extras I like data, web, email, maps (biggie with me!) for $40mo or I can go unlimited for $60mo which is $10 more a month then I already pay which would be worth it to just to get web, txt and maps on my phone but if I can get it for $40 I will. Virgin doesn't keep a prior usage history on your account so I'm waiting till the end of the month to get a general idea of what my typical usage is so I know which plan to pick.

My question is, can any other carrier beat this plan?

probably not for email/text/web included. Maybe Cricket? But I'm guessing it's about the same.
