I've just gotten my job placement and we're going to Sasebo-shi, Nagasaki-ken. I'm really excited to be placed in Nagasaki-ken. It looks really beautiful and I'm looking forward to experiencing a part of Japan far, far away from Tokyo.
I'll be working somewhere in the public school system. My husband will, for a little while at least, be a stay at home dad.
Any other families in the area? I'd love to hear about any fun activites for little kids (our daughter is 2.5), and tips on living in the city.
