I'm still not sure what name I am definately using but Louis is a strong possibility for a boy. I like to use the middle name Thomas because it is the name of two relatives that died and my dad and brother's name so it has family history. I like how it flows with my other name choices but Louis Thomas doesn't flow the best. How does Louis (pronounced with the s sound) Thomas sound?

I think it flows well enough that you could use it as a middle name, knowing that 99.97% of the time, the name will flow firstname/lastname, and not firstname/middlename/lastname.
I think middle names with significance are wonderful, so unless it's a total clunker (which Louis Thomas is not), then it's a go.

I think it sounds fine and after you say it a billion times(which you will once he is born) it will sound like it was meant to be that way. And I also say go with your gut and if that is what you want do it..............do not listen to others! Of course opinoins are fine at first but ultimately go with what you like because you only get to name him once.
