Overnight pull-up recommendations?

My 2.5 yr old is quite often dry all night, but not always. I've been trifolding a prefold into a Bummis cover, but nearly every night he wakes up to use the potty. I'm tired of re-diapering him at 3 a.m. I'm looking for a good overnight pull-up, something with decent absorbency and easy enough for him to get off and on by himself. Any recommendations?

dd1 still wets at night. She has been flip-flopping in between sposie pull-ups and cloth these days...
We let her decide.

Sposie: we use the cheapest no-name and it seems to be good enough. Doesn't sound like what you want to use though.

cloth: I made her some "pockets" because i also had enough of redoing her prefold every time she used the bathroom. No PUL. Just flannel/terry from old receiving blankets/towels. They have elastic at the front and back and side snaps. They pull nicely up and down. I stuff it with her prefolds and she wears a wool soaker on top. I made 3 of those. 2 would have been enough, given that she alternates with sposies.
