Things I wish I knew when I was first pregnant...

Just a short list you may find helpful. I am currently expecting our second in 3 months or so.

1) I wished that I knew that my 'morning sickness' was due to a vitamin B6 deficiency. I actually stopped it this pregnancy by making raw milk yogurt. I also drink kombucha, which is supposed to have B6 as well. Supplements of B6 did not work for me at all.

2) I wished that I knew that ultrasound was potentially dangerous. Maybe that is why my first child is so speech delayed.

That's all for now, I gotta make something to eat.

I wish I knew that the recommendations for exercise are outdated & overly cautious. I backed off way too much too soon when pregnant for ds 'cause of all the precautionary warnings of pushing too hard. It took SOOOO ridiculously long to get back to where I was.
