apologies... nak... my LO is a major night flop sweater, her skin is a normal temp until she falls asleep then she's a little heater kicking out the serious btu's (sorry, propane joke.). within thirty minutes the bed has a sweat baby outline, so i am constantly moving her to a dry spot, all night. I don't believe this is a health issue as i do the same thing (heat up in my sleep) and always have. my question is this, should she be in pj's? currently she sleeps in a diaper and maybe a short sleeve onsie, the average room temp is 78. we don't start with a sheet but once she sweats, she gets cool, and i cover her up with a thin sheet. i was wondering if anyone experiences this and if thin cotton pj's might help?
pj or not to pj

When DS1 moved to his own bed, we started putting pjs on just to keep him a bit warmer, but till then he slept in whatever onesie or t-shirt he had on before bed.
