I sleep SO much better when I exercise. Now that I'm pregnant I'm dealing with a lot of dizziness, to the point that I'm frequently finding myself only able to stand for about 10-15 minutes before I feel like I'm going to faint and *have* to sit down. (and I've spoken to a few of my ob's about this, bloodwork, blood pressure, and urine is fine: nothing is 'wrong', just a yucky symptom for me) So I haven't been going to the gym. And my sleep is awful. I'm exhausted all the time, and I'm sure the horrible broken sleep is partially to blame.
So I'm seeking to find easy exercises I can do here at home in short bursts that might help me. I need to be careful of the dizziness that is persistent (it simply increases over time until I NEED to sit/lay down), but I'm thinking there has got to be SOMETHING I can do a few times a day to see if I can get more rest at night.
Any help mamas?
