I agree! I think Nola Rowan would be a great choice since they both have a great meaning to you both. I love the name Rowan but think it's best in the middle name spot (since I tend to prefer boys names on boys and girls names on girls ).

And I still love Sophie Ellen, I just think she'd have a hard time surrounded by so many Sophias, Sophies, and Sofies (coming from a person named Elizabeth, and I always had more than one Elizabeth in my class growing up, and I hated that I had to share my name with so many people).

i think using Kate as a mn would be a great way to incorporate your partner and help her feel more connected to the experience.
