There parenting advice is fed to them via the formula marketing machine. if you stop the night nursing, your supply will dip further. Sleep more to defeat the tiredness. You work from 730 to 1230, right? so be in bed for the night when your child is, about 6 or 7 pm. and or take naps with her (I go to bed anytime my baby does, I don't always sleep but I get tons of rest). as a pp said, you will only be doing this a very short time. Sleeping and eating are the most important things for you and baby and will remain so until babe is 2 at least. let her latch on as often as possible to increase supply, keeping your nipple in her mouth as much as possible will make more milk.
