Lower Back Pain with the Moby

Thread Starter
Anyone have any tips for helping with lower back pain when wearing the moby? I wore my first daughter all the time in it until she was six months, but it's hurting my back with my three month old son.

can you tie it any tighter? Sometimes if mine isn't tight enough, I find that I'm compensating my posture and then it starts to hurt a bit, and the further from your body the baby's gravity is, the heavier it will be on you.
Try spreading out the fabric fully on the parts that are running across your back to disperse the load even more
hope it doesn't hurt anymore!

they are not the most supportive wraps out there, I would give something else a try. I also could not use it after 3 months with my son.

Ditto. If this doesn't work, then you may want to consider getting something more supportive like a woven wrap or another type of carrier...
