NPC and sore breasts

I am on my third cycle with using natural progesterone cream in the luteal phase...and this is the first cycle where my breasts are sooo tender. I am nursing, and my nips are sore too. I am on dpo6..and my nips have been sore since ovulation..which I don't think is normal for me either..I have days during the cycle, but not so many in a row. So...my question is..does Natural Progesterone use from the last cycle affect the next cycle..which is now making my breasts tender...or can this be a sign of early pregnancy for me since I haven't had this on my first two cycle using NPC? I hope this wasn't too confusing..lol. I am really trying to hold off testing until dpo 10.

I do not know how the cream would work but I know from experience if you breasts hurt everyday and it keeps getting worse I would say there is a good chance of pregnancy. I got my sore breats about 8dpo on my first pregnancy. Keep us updated
