B-complex safety while nursing

Just wondering about the safety of taking a B complex and a prenatal with B vits while nursing.
My prenatal vit has B vits already but I am considering taking some extra since I am a bit anxious and stressed out.
Anyone else taking prenatal or multi vits and a separate B complex?

It's water soluble so if you're properly hydrated it should go right through your system with no problems...

The only "issue" I noticed was it made one of my baby's pees bright yellow (like mine)

Yeah, I hope it's fine. I've been doing it for 2 years. Sometimes I take an extra B6 along with the B (and the prenatal and the D3 and the...)

Agreed w/ the above. I've taken a B Complex in addition to my prenatal for over 8 years (all during pregnancies, nursing/EPing).
