Maternity pillows?

I'm crazy uncomfortable already and I suspect it's only going to get worse. I was looking at maternity pillows on Amazon, and they're ZOMGosh expensive. Anyone have any tips for finding a maternity pillow for less or what to use as a frugal alternatives?

I use two body pillows (like http://www.kuna-foto.de/fotofreunde/.../Bilder/04.jpg only not that exact one). they aren't U-shaped like the pregnancy pillow, but you can still mold them to your body just as well... and they only cost like 1/4 of a maternity pillow even buying two of them!

I use a king-size firm pillow on each side of me (or just use the same one and roll with it). I put my arm over it, my leg over it, and sleep is so much more comfy.

I just have my regular pillow under my head and a thinner one between my legs, plus a couple of larger, thick yet very soft and pliable pillows that I 1)roll my belly onto and 2)wedge behind my back.

That's what I do! I've always been one that likes to surround myself with pillows anyways so not much of a change and it works just as good.
I also use my husband, He calls himself my "Body Billow"! ('cause his name is Billy..lol)

I'd use hubby, too, but he moved downstairs when my pregnancy induced snoring became unbearable for him! that's okay though, more room for pillows!

Yeah, my hubby has been sleeping downstairs due to my insomnia and middle-of-the-night sickness. For some reason, wedging regular pillows everywhere doesn't seem to be working.

In addition to two regular pillows for my head, I use two cushions (the type you tie onto a wooden chair) with regular pillowcases on, one goes between my knees and the other under my belly. Regular pillows were too thick for me and made things hurt more. These are also easy to move around in the bed when I want to change sides.

I bought a body pillow from Bed Bath & Beyond. It was cheap, and I can manipulate it in a number of ways to suit the many aches that ail me at nearly 34 weeks.

I found body pillows at WalMart (I'm horrified to admit I went there....I was out of town, camping alone, and desperate) for $9.99 each. I bought two and crammed them into one pillowcase.

I use a Snoogle, I think they're about $40. TBH, compared with chiro care or all of the other things people on this site advise you do for back and pelvis pain, it's pretty much the cheapest thing on the block. That $40 is the best $40 I ever spent.

I still have my Snoogle that I bought 6 years ago! It's SUPER flat now and I use it doubled over on itself, between my legs, as my pelvis has never improved. It helps a lot, though. I do want to get something with some more loft! I really did like it before it got flat, and, like I said, I still use it even so, just not quite as intended.

I just use a thick decorative pillow between my knees and I'm sleeping much more comfortably than I did with my body pillow with my first pregnancy (which I've lost, anyway). I get way too hot at night to have anything crowding my body, but I have to have the pillow between my knees to keep my back in alignment.
