oh we have a routine, that's not the problem, lol, its that part of the routine seems to be trying to NOT go to bed. even with a 'head's up, we'll be heading upstairs in X mins/when we are finished with Y/when the clock says x:xx'. screaming, running, laughing hysterically and running around naked, jumping on the bed, i don't want these pajamas, more water, i don't like that book, BUT I DO!! (says twin), i want to play with my pirates and knights, do this puzzle, etc etc etc. coupled with a toddler that only nurses to sleep, and lately needs to be walked around in the carrier for EVER before finally dozing off, and yea.....good times. clearly we need to find a better way, i'm just not sure what, or even if it matters. i mean, its likely that no matter what, its going to be a struggle.
