Lots of pooing

With out giving a bunch of background info yet...

My 4 year old has pooed probably 15-20, or so, times today. Not diarrhea. She has gone a decent amount each time. A few times it was just a bit.

So, any thoughts on the many, many trips to poo today?


Small bit of background- She has had constipation troubles for over a year. She goes everyday, but it tends to be large. (She goes 3-4 times a day usually) She also has a fissure. The dr. has us giving her mineral oil to help. (and it mostly does)

Maybe something she ate that didn't agree with her or she was sessitive to. That would be my guess. If it continues, I would think about food allergies.

Well, she "confessed" last night that she actually only went a tiny bit each time. So it's just constipation again. (I never asked. Poor girl just broke down crying out of the blue. lol)

We are going paleo/primal in an attempt to help all our health, so maybe that will help.
