Agree with what everyone's said about B6. You might want to play with the dose- for instance, I started @ 50mg, that didn't help my LPD but it also didn't touch my milk supply. I kept upping the dose. For me, I've found I have to stick @ 150mg/day, higher than that really touches my supply.
Like someone else said, don't go over 200mg, unless you have the advice of a good herbalist, etc who is well trained in the area bc too much B-vitamins can be toxic to both you and your nursling.
I would recommend to always take your B6 either in or with a B-complex, your body is more able to use it that way. An added benefit, B-complex has your folic acid (b9) in it that is important for TTC'ing, too.
