I just o'd yesterday and the wait is already killing me! It'll be the 29th or 30th before I can even think about testing, and I have no idea how I'm going to make it. This has been the most promising cycle in the 13 months we've been trying, and I'm super-hopeful about it. Every little twinge or feeling in my abdomen is suspect to scrutiny AND I'M ONLY 1DPO!!
On the lighter side, DS embarrassed DH and I at the bank yesterday. The teller was approving us for a car loan and she smiled at DS and said, "Only one? No brothers or sisters?" DH smiled and said, "No, but hopefully soon." Without looking up from his coloring book, and with perfect grammar DS said, "They're working on it." We were floored. We both turned red and burst out laughing. Sigh. Sometimes this kid is just too much!
Anyway, do you ladies have any tips on getting through this anxious time? It's never been this bad before and I don't want to put too much pressure on myself for a BFP, but I'm going crazy and know that no matter what I do, I'm pretty invested in this cycle's efforts.
We've been using Shettles for a girl for 13 months, and this is the first month that I have not been bf and timing has been perfect. I've had a lot more ewcm and I'm doing all the good things I should be doing to take care of myself while TTC: eating well, exercising, taking prenatals, no alcohol, and getting as much sleep as DS allows. Please, please PLEASE let this be the month!
