For BFing mamas with oversupply issues

I just googled "Foremilk Hindmilk Imbalance" and came up with this excellent LLL link:

It made me want to cry with recognition, about how exactly it is describing our problems!
I'm going to step up the block feeding to a half or full day on one breast and follow some of their other advice to see if we can slow my production.
I wish I had seen this weeks ago!
