List of toiletries/medicine cabinet items..

I need to stock up on some last minute things before babe gets here.. I have a birth kit with things for the birth, but I need the things to take care of a newbie/infant..

I stocked up on baby bottom better (LOVE that stuff!) at a local b&m before they closed, so rash treatment is taken care of, and I bought some baby butt wash for the cloth wipes (a couple of different brands to try out).
I have baby vaporub cream for her chest for her first little cough..

I know I need

infant tylenol (there was a recall recently so are the new ones out yet)?
baby wash (California baby or other?- not until her stump falls off, but I will want it)
Dp is good at rectal thermometer temp checking of babes, but I want to get an ear one for less stressful (perhaps initial?) checking
I have to double check if my birth kit came with a bulb syringe- it might have
baby sun screen?

Anything else you can think of? I thought for sure there would be a list somewhere of this stuff, but I can't find one..

All the recalled Tylenol and Motrin were name brands. Get generic and you'll be fine until everything else is sorted out.

Mylicon drops
Gripe water
lotion
Vit D
powder

Definitely some saline nose drops in case your little one gets congested.

Here is a list: http://www.babycenter.com/medicine-chest-checklist

I have a 5 month old and haven't had to use most of that stuff. Mylicon for sure. And I used Lansinoh Lanolin when I first started nursing.
