Nursing bras in large cup sizes

Hi there, anyone else struggling with finding nursing bras that fit? I'm wearing a 36/38 J (US sizing) and have been wearing the Goddess nursing bra in that size--but the nursing clips unhook on their own at times and I find the elastic in the band bunches over the course of the day. So, I'd like some other options...especially for sleeping. Any suggestions? And, has anyone in this cup size had luck with any Bravada products? And, I like to run (before pregnany at least) any suggestions for sports bras that won't give me clogged ducts as I contemplate a return to exercise when I hit my 6 week mark.

Thanks!

When nursing, I'm a 34G/H, and I haven't had any luck finding bras to fit. I have heard lots of great things about Bravado, but I personally cannot wear them. Another brand that gets rave reviews is Anita, but they are EXTREMELY pricey.

FWIW, I wore a well-fitting regular sports bra for exercising and had no problems with ducts--for the amount of time you wear them (if you just put them on before working out and take them off immediately afterward), it shouldn't be an issue. I did find that wearing a regular non-underwire nursing bra underneath a sports bra helped immensely in terms of support because the bouncing is so much worse with milk-filled girls!

I will be reading along for more suggestions!

This site was a great help:

http://www.birthandbaby.com/

They have like every brand and size of nursing bras. Here are their large cup sizes:

Their bra size calculator was surprisingly accurate for me as well:

I'd been wearing too large a band size and too small a cup size. It felt so good to be in a properly fitting bra!

When I was really big (after my first was born) I loved the great support bra from motherwear http://www.motherwear.com/prod.cfm/cid/50/sid/6270 There was another one I liked on there too. Then, as I got smaller, I still found the best luck with nursing bras from that catalog.

I get my sports bras from title nine. They aren't nursing bras, but they have great variety for small and large boobs!

For Anita bras, check eBay - some sellers have them NWT for half the price.

I am a 32/34 H/I depending on the bra. The only bra's I have found that fit correctly and are comfortable are the Anita's. I have been to 2 different speciality bra stores and tried on countless number of nursing bras. I find that no under-wire is best for me as they fit better and are more comfy. I know they are a bit pricey but I feel that I need to take care of myself. I spent even more $$ on my other "cheaper" nursing bras that don't fit properly than on my 2 Anita nursing bras. A bra that fits properly is really, really important. Especially when your large on top For sleep nursing bra's I found the Medela Moderate support bra at babies r us is fabulous. It's $33 and I really, really want another. Great for sleeping or wearing around the house and sooooo soft and comfy. My suggestion is to go to a speciality bra store, pick out a bra, write down the info and shop on ebay or on amazon for a better deal. Good Luck!

I'm a 34F/G and I love my Anita bras. They're pricey, but a great bra is worth it (plus, I don't have much choice!). I've tried on a Bravado bra and it fit so weird on me. I've tried on some Freyas that were fine, but I didn't buy them. Check out the Anita cotton bra, it's pretty comfy.

I used Decent Exposures nursing bras: http://www.decentexposures.com/nursing.shtml. I think they are especially good for sleeping, as there are not stiff parts or wires in them anywhere. I use their regular bras now that I'm not breastfeeding.

This is the only sleep bra I've seen that has smaller band sizes plus larger cup sizes. Most of the others are either small all over or large all over, not a good fit for when your bust measures 10" more than your rib cage!
