Connor has another ear infection
We caught it really early, no fever or other signs of illness yet, and the puss drainage is just barely a light green (in the past it's been bloody and dark green). I took him to the dr right away. Once I tried to fight it naturally, rushed him to the chiro, upped his Vit D and Vit C, nursed him around the clock...two days later it was BADLY infected. Learned that lesson. With this kid, I have to get him antibiotics right away.
Anyway, as frustrating as it is...I realized that it's been nearly 6 months since his last ear infection!!! His last one was New Years Eve. AND, not only has it been that long since an ear infection, but the only other time he's had antibiotics in those 6 months was for strep just a few weeks ago. He's been sick in those months, but not with a bacterial infection.
To go 6 months between ear infections is amazing for this kid, and proof that his ears are finally growing (he has canal atresia) and/or that his palate is starting to function better.
