My DD is 2 weeks as of yesterday and im trying to build up a stash. I am having some issues with hand expression. I tried a pump, not really my thing plus I get a lot more when I hand express. The problem is I can only do it on my right side. No problems, I can empty the breast in under 10 min and get a good 3-4 oz. I try to switch and nothing... The milk barely dribbles out and it is not very comfortable. I know the baby is getting milk out when she nurses, I can here her franticly gulping it down. I have tried a warm compress and massage, but i only get a few squirts out at best afterwards. Any one else have this problem, or any advice on what to do? I dont want only one boob getting the extra attention!

It just takes practice. Remember that both sides are not identical so move your hand to different spots and try to find more productive spots.
