I keep thinking, "I wasn't this exhausted with the first two!" But then I didn't have two wild children and an impending move with a houseful of junk with the first two. I had gotten into coffee after #2 was born, but I am avoiding it pretty well now. When I do drink it, it makes me panicky and doesn't touch the exhaustion. Any suggestions on getting my energy back? I do nap when I can, but it seems to make it worse, whether it's a long or a short nap.
