Ugh! She seems to only take in the nipple! It HURTS what do I do! HELP!

Her lips should be flanged out - not tucked under/into her mouth. If there is a gap between your areola and the corner of her mouth, she needs to open up wider. Try the chin pressure, that normally works for me. Unlatch her and try again of she gets only nipple.

I don't know if this will help but figured I'd throw it out there. With DD2 I found that the best thing for me was to feed her in a different position at each feeding. It didn't do a lot to improve her latching but it made things much less painful for me since the pressure was on a different part of the nipple/breast at each feeding. I'd rotate between cradle, football and lying down. Changing positions got be through the really rough period before she got better at latching.
