Not that I'm breastfeeding or actually adopting yet, but though it might be of interest to mamas here - esp. since I've really struggled to find any accounts of this out there!

My daughter is almost 22 months old. She had less than 2 ounces of formula before I got to her. She has never had any more formula. I am still tandem nursing her and my bioson, though my son has really cut back on how much he nurses. Adoptive nursing is not the same as bionursing, there's more work to it, but it is just as rewarding, maybe even more rewarding.
