What supplements do you take?

Just wondering
I'm taking a good multi in addition to b complex, omega 3's, and vit d.
Also, does anyone know of anything good to eat or take to help prevent post partum hemmorage? I've hemmoraged every one of the last 4 births and would love to avoid it this time (I think it's because the midwife tries to pull the placenta out to fast, but she keeps telling me she's just applying gentle traction).

I take the same ones as you (um, when I remember to).

Also drinking stinging nettle and rosehip tea for iron and vitamin C.

I was taking Kirkman hypoallergenic prenatal because I am also nursing a toddler with soy allergies, but I stopped because they were making my morning sickness worse

I have some b6 in the mail (for m/s) and calcium and them I am going to take MegaFoods Baby and Me. Also vit d (when I remember) I have a hard time with Omega 3 because I only find ones with soy oil, and I can't handle krill oil pills, so I am not sure what I am going to do for that.

Pretty much the same as everyone else! I take the Rainbow Lite prenatal, a b-100 complex, 2000 iu vitamin d, and 3000 mg fish oil. I had been taking a d-chiro-inositol supplement when I first found out, but my NP thought it was a good idea to cut that one out.

What brands do you all use? I'm living overseas so I have to order everything online and I'm a little lost! Thanks!

Other than the Rainbow Lite prenatal, everything else I take is the Kirkland brand (from Costco), which might not be available for overseas shipping. :-(

I have been taking Solaray Baby Me Now prentatal/lactation supplements for almost 3 years now! I began during my pregnancy with DS. I am finding it very hard to get them down each day now, due to my nausea. But, I try! On the days that I can't take swallowing the 4 large caps, I use Alacer's emergen-C and take folic acid, too.
