Which SI support belt to buy??

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and having persistent sacroiliac joint problems. There are lot of belts that are specific for supporting the SI joint. Any recommendations?? I have no idea how to choose. Thank you!

My midwife says that the best support belt is the full body, Prenatal Cradle sort of belt.

But they are about $80 and the thought of wearing such a big contraption throughout the hot summer does not appeal to me! I'm not in that much pain... yet.

I hope that you find some relief soon!

What did you end up getting? I have a prescription one (TruLife Embrace) and I am not sure if I'm going to use it. I had to stop wearing low belly maternity pants because I was getting crampy in them; this seems to do the same thing.

I wish I knew why they didn't make supports out of something more breathable and less itchy.
