Our 2nd bathroom has little spots of mold on the ceiling and starting to show up on the walls. There is no ventilation in there but there is a shower.
Two of the 4 walls are concrete, so they can't really mold inside. The ceiling is concrete (we live underground) and the other two walls are normal wood-and-drywall.
First off, how I can I kill this crap? I scrubbed the ceiling with bleach and it all came back
. Could it be because the bathroom itself is filthy? (It's DH's responsibility, in his 'den', and it's gross.). I'm going to kill it today, scrub everything.
Second off, what could be causing it except for the yuckiness? Is it the lack of ventilation? Steam gets trapped in there very easily and sometimes beads on the walls.
ETA Now that I look at it, the conventional walls have much less on them than the concrete.
Thanks!
