Hi, this is my first post - wonderful to find this community. 
I am estrogen dominant and experiencing pretty severe symptoms and considering trying some natural progesterone cream to see what happens.
The bottle I bought says not to use while lactating though - I nurse my 2.5 yr old maybe 4-6x in a 24 hour period.
Has anyone here ever used cream while nursing?
