New Zealand spinach

Can anyone tell me anything about this? I have some planted and I never grew it before.

How do I save seeds from it? When do I pick it? Anything will help )

All I really know is that it is more heat tolerant than other spinaches, and to pick it, just wait 'til its leaves are about the size of your hand and pick 'em! Or you can pick it when it's smaller and it's yummy in salads! It's very yummy and mild. Not sure about saving seeds, sorry.
