Hi mamas,
My ds was OP and was -3 after 18 hours of labor and dd was OT and -1 after 22 hours of labor and I dilated with neither (hard labors too).
Does anyone know why this might be and how to avoid it the next go around? I watched my positioning prenatally, but was unable to do much rotating on a ball, since my back was messed up. I had several chiro adjustments, but couldn't afford to go regularly.
Next time I'll going for a VBA2C and getting the baby to descend will be something that I'll work hard on. I would love suggestions.
Thanks!
