It's something we've discussed on here ad nauseum, and I thought he did a fabulous job expanding on the info we've discussed here. He did a lot of research. FWIW, I think he's got the wrong price for the salmon oil -- I got it for only $26.

I've not been taking any sort of fish oil (including CLO) because I have bleeding issues with the EPA, I had no idea there were actual, respectable fish-based products that were almost all DHA and very little EPA. I'm pretty sure I've still got omega-3 deficiency issues, stemming from long-term poor diet and weird oxidative stress issues, so I am thrilled!
