My dd(3yo) still sleeps in a diaper. For about the last week, she has had a rash on her bottom cheeks. It is red pimples, evenly spread apart covering most of both cheeks. They don't seem to itch or hurt her. I can't tell if it is heat rash, yeast, or something else. She has been having really strong behavioral reactions when I give her sweet things(even fruit). She gets really emotional afterwards, and all she ever wants to eat is fruit or other sweet flavored things. So I am betting on yeast. Anyone know if a yeast rash would look like this? Thanks
