I used to jog all the time, but that was probably 15 years ago!
I've gotten very out of shape over the last 6 years due to some health issues and periodic depression. Well, my health issues seem to be stable and so is my mood! So I just started walking/jogging again.
I've been walking 1 minute, jogging 2 minutes, repeat for the last 5 days. But some days I can do that for 45 minutes, and then others, like today, I ended up doing walk 1, jog 1 for 25 minutes and I wanted to die!
I know today, I really didn't feel like going out, but I felt like I need to keep up the momentum, so I forced myself to do it anyway. I'm glad I did it because if I hadn't, I'd be sitting her beating myself up about it. But I just can't figure out why some days are so different as far as my energy level. I ate the same thing for breakfast both days. I slept about the same amount. But I am in countdown mode until my period.
Does anyone else have this happen and do you have any ideas as to why it happens?
