Earth Chef by BergHOFF cookware

It's a non-stick cookware. Does anyone know if it's as healthy as they say?

I have a large frying pan and...we have a love hate relationship.

It's not non-stick whatsoever.
It's a nice weight and heats evenly.
I use my copper scrubber on it to clean and it doesn't seem any the worse for wear in that regard.
It always looks dirty because stuff has burnt on to it.
I have to grease it in between every pancake for example.


I think DH paid $40 for it? For that much, I'd rather a good cast iron pan.

Thanks. There are some on sale this week, so it's cheaper.

Where can I get a cast iron pan for a decent price, new?
