Can anyone share with me how they went about finding a good daycare for their LO? We're having issues with the fact that DD isn't 100% potty trained (almost 5 yrs old) and being accepted to a daycare. Not really interested in a nanny as DD thrives in structured child care atmospheres like no other child I've ever seen, and I used to work in daycare!
Also, another question- DD goes to private speech therapy outside of school as well. The SLPs acquired a release from me and mailed a copy of their report on DD's latest completed sessions to her pediatrician and the school- very standard, we've done this with Early Intervention and our previous public school as well. They want a whole meeting about it so they can "add it as an addendum to her confidential file". Huh?
