True Blood Season 3 premiers June 13th - Page 10

Yes, it looks like things are going to get very difficult for Sam! Like last season wasn't enough!

Kayla, yep that's Eric's and Pam's story in the books. I like it but I don't think it's quite...*enough* for the show. Might be an understatement there...

So I'm not usually attracted to younger men and was shocked to see that Alexander Skarsgard is 4 years younger than me! Then I was even more shocked to realize I had seen his *father* in other things (Mamma Mia for example) and really liked *him*!!

killed him off in the second book. The maenad ripped out his heart and put him in Andy Bellfluer's (sp?) car at Merlotts. The exorcist lady took the place of Lafayettes death in the show.
That's what I thought, but I couldn't remember exactly. Thanks I am so glad they kept the character in the show though. I think he's hilarious. I do find Tara completely annoying and hope they relegate her to the back burner like in the books.

Ha, I was too lazy to look for the licklips smiley guy, but I totally thought about it in my post you quoted. Bill is all right, but Eric, Eric is a whole other level of hot.

And I love how he

tries SO HARD not to have feelings for Sookie but they totally come out anyway (at least in the books, I really hope they do in the show

I loved Eric before I read the books (I LURVE Alexander Skarsgard, he's a whole 'nother level of hot!), but the books are what planted me solely on Team Eric.

That being said, I'm totally okay with seeing Alcide shirtless (I wouldn't mind him pantless either), and I'd like to see Quinn because they make him sound totally gorgeous (minus the shaved head) and ripped in the books.

Subbing. Tara's acting kinda bugs me. I don't like how much her voice cracks and chin quivers all the freaking time. That said the story-line with her and the nutty vampire is too freaking funny. Poor girl can not catch a break.

Me too. I posted way back when I first got into TB about how much her accent bothered me.

There is a new preview of the rest of the season up at hbo.com. It is from Comic-Con and the rest of the season looks pretty awesome.

I AM SO EXCITED!!!

Book readers...anybody else think the chick at the very end with the accent might be Claudine?

Just in case someone doesn't want to know the answer to your question KaylaBeanie

I am pretty sure it is Claudine. If you go to trueblood.net they have a list of people cast in upcoming episodes and Claudine has been cast so I can only assume it is her.

After seeing some interviews from Comic-Con I am super excited to see how season 3 and 4 play out. I can't wait until tomorrow.

Can't wait!

I'm watching the Comic-con panel - loved the cardboard cutout of Alexander Skarsgard! I had known he wasn't going to be there but that was so funny when they brought that out!

AHHHHHHHH! This week was such a tease! Can't freakin' wait for next Sunday night to roll around!

Oh, and why didn't Tara stake Franklin when she had the chance??
It's a really good thing that I'm not squeamish, because this was a LOT of blood. TONS.

I enjoyed this week, but it's next week that I'm looking forward to. I'm really curious to see where they go from here, because with Sookie being attacked by Bill (at least that's what the preview looks like), they might be veering back in the general direction of the books. I won't say more because IDK how the spoiler tag works, but I'm intrigued.

Ohh...Eric. How I love you. Even with blood all over your face. If anything, it makes you hotter. I didn't know that grandpa sweaters could be so sexy

I find it hard to do anything else but look at him with this goofy grin. DH passed through the living room last night while I was watching and commented on my obvious drool fest. Can't help it....he is just way too hot for his own good
post #198 of 425
Tara didn't seem quite as annoying this episode. I hope it's a while before Alcide finds some clothes! And Eric...sigh...as hot as ever (in that sweater...with blood on it).

I am worried about Pam. I know she doesn't die but I hope they get to her soon!

I wonder where the heck Sookie's "microwave" fingers come from. I wonder if they will make it her fae blood.

Poor Jason not being able to think how him and that football guy are different.

And poor Jesus (and Lafayette). "You're a drug dealer?"
The thing with Lafeyette and Jesus was very sad . I hope this isn't the last we've seen of Jesus. Lafeyette needs some love.

Eric flirting with the King was both creepy and funny
