GOD I WISH!

I was watching the epi again last night, , and my husband was at his computer with his back to the tv. During the last two scenes (Jessica feeding on Don Swayze and then sookie and bill going at it) He whipped his head around and was like, "What the heck are you watching!?!?!? PORN??" I actually found myself saying, um, yea, sorta?

I think he had blood on his face. He's also looking pretty toasty from his sun exposure, so it could have been that.

You really do catch everything don't you? That part went completely over my head. I have a feeling if we were ever to watch anything together you would have to shoosh me the entire time because I wouldn't stop asking you questions, lol.

Haha, my mom started watching with me a few weeks ago, and so far there's really only been a lot of violence. Sunday night, she says "OMG! This is seriously SOFT CORE PORN!"

Im really starting to show my obsession for this show, arent I?

"The Bleeds"

Season 2, the scene where Lorena is keeping Bill in his hotel room so that he cant go and help sookie, they stayed awake into the morning hours, and he told her "Lorena, we need to rest, the Bleeds have begun". A few scenes later, Jessica explains to Hoyt that if she doesnt sleep during the day, she gets pretty sick.

Season 3, When Russel brought Bill to the mansion, and they were showing him to his Bedroom, Talbot said to Russel, "you need to rest, you had the bleeds twice this week."

Its what they use to describe what happens to them if they stay awake during daytime hours, or atleast while the sun is in the sky. I reckon the bleeds wouldnt last but a few hours in say, ALaska or someplace further north.

Eirk and Sophie Anne also had the bleeds a couple episodes ago when he brought Hadley to the beach room and fed from her while the queen was locked in the birdcage. You could see the blood coming out of their ears and noses.

Sweet daughter, while I would LOVE to have someone to watch True Blood with me, (my husband did once for a few minutes and said, ok, this is just to weird for me) I prolly would be shooshing whoever it was left and right. I tend to do that when my husband is just IN THE ROOM. I did the same thing with Lost. He just doesnt understand, I dont want to miss ANYTHING!!!

Barbie, I was going to say you can tell you watched Lost! I am exactly the same. DH does watch True Blood but we actually don't usually watch it together - just the way things work out here. But I am constantly shushing him when we do watch a show together. And when I like a show I get totally obsessed with it. No casual viewing for me.

When I told SIL that I was loving TB I think she was mildly horrified. She must have seen some ads/promo for it and...well you know what those look like! I felt like I had to defend it! And I mumbled something about the characters being really great. Sigh...some people just don't understand.

You know whats funny Allison? I very very rarely rewatched Lost episodes. They were so detail oriented, I couldnt stand the thought of bending my brain to rewatch anything.

True Blood I will watch each epi atleast three times. SOOO strange.

Yup, I changed my avatar.

Okay, I re-watched the episode, that cleared things up. I guess I can't knit anymore during True Blood, I miss too many details.

Love the avatar Gina! I used to rewatch Lost religiously but not so much in the last season. I would rewatch TB and have with my dvd's but since I'm watching the current season online it's not so convenient (only one computer for all three of us and it's in our main living area).

Is it only Wednesday?? It seems like ages ago I watched the last episode!

I went into Hot Topic today at the mall (yeah, I have a thing for punk stuff, even if I am a little prissy myself ) and they have True Blood t-shirts, one with a picture of Eric. Le drool! He's beautiful even in miniature t-shirt form.

Oh, and I wondered why they were bleeding, so that makes perfect sense

Tell me about it. I keep trying not to wish my life away. Have the books to hold me over in between seems to be helping.
