I think I snickered and straight out laughed more during this epi then any other of TB
Tommy: Last night I was proud of my Big Bro.
Sam: Yea well, your an idiot.
Pam: Blah blah, vampire emergency, blah.
Layfette: apparently your a shamen in a sunday hat.
Layfette: Last time you were here, we had coffee. I was hoping this time we could graduate to juice and maybe pancakes.
Sookie: Im a dairy? How F***ing Lame!
Sookie: God d**nit, I am
Jason (as crystal shifts from panther to herself): MAMA!
The whole scene with Jesus and Layfette was very "natural Born Killers" ish. I wonder if they consulted the producer of that movie for that little bit. I agree that this epi will definetly be revisited. There was so much packed in, I couldnt absorb it all. Not to mention my husband has decided to watch the last couple epis with me, and asks ALOT of questions. He was asking me what the whole scene with Jason and Bill was about, and I kinda missed the panther shifting into crystal bit. But I caught his reaaction. Classic Jason.
Sams flashback made me VERY sad. I have always held onto his comments about "ive done that and worse" regaurding his past. The revelation that hes killed, on accident AND on purpose, makes me sad. I love Sams character. I always loved his innocense (seemingly) and puritey. Not thats all been shot to hell
And finally, Did anyone else swoon when Eric stood up infront of sookie, bent all the way over, as she looked straight up at him? I thought that was awsome body placement on the producers part. Meant to show Erics power over sookie, and her simply not caring. I dont care if it appears Eric is betraying her. I honestly dont think he is. I think it is meant for us to feel that way, but he feels she is safest with him, and since she wont listen, down into the dungeon she goes. (has anyone else noticed how haggered Eric looks lately? The circles and bags under his eyes. Are those real, or makeuped on?)
