True Blood Season 3 premiers June 13th - Page 4

Ooooo, I am so excited to catch up! I have 2 more episodes of season 2 to watch and then I am going to try to catch season 3 somewhere online. I've read the books so know the basic outline and I love how they are changing and adding things. Alcide is definitely HOT!! Eric is #1 for me and I adore Jason - he is totally sexy and..just adorable I find. But yes, too dumb. LOL Bill doesn't even register for me.

A good website for news/spoilers is sookiestackhouse.com I listen to their podcast, too.

That was Bill's house. What I'm wondering is, did that vamp do something with Jessica's 'friend' being gone? Or did she make herself a new vampire?

Hmm...never even thought about him turning into a vampire...interesting!

Hmm, now the million dollar question is why has Bill been collecting all that Sookie stuff? It clearly went back quite a way. I'm like 60 pages into the first book, and plan to read them all...maybe that'll answer it?

I hope creeper guy turned into a vampire. Poor Jessica, she doesn't need to deal with the guilt of killing someone, she needs to get back with Hoyt!

When Bill turned Jessica into a vampire back in the first season, he drained her almost all of the way, then fed her his blood, then slept in the ground with her for 3 days. Isn't that exactly what she just did with this guy? I think she could deal with killing him better than being responsible for a brand new vamp when she's still new herself, and he didn't strike me as a very nice man as a human, he'll probably be even worse as a vamp. Should be interesting!

As for the vampire sneaking around in Bill's house, I'm more concerned with why he wanted the stuff about Sookie than why Bill had it in the first place.

For those reading the books (I didn't read all of them and it's been a while) Isn't that vampire, the one that was sneaking in Bill's house and talking to Tara, is he the vampire friend that Tara had in the books?

I'm not sure if the series will go in the same direction as the book series, but this is explained in the books - I can't remember which one, but I'm pretty sure it isn't the first one. Maybe #2 or #3.

I think, from things said/implied by the king who has kidnapped Bill, that the series is going the same place as the books on this. I don't know if it will turn out the same way, though.

He has the same name as the vamp Tara dated in the books

Wait, you individually have to wait two weeks, or the new episode isn't on for two more weeks?

If I have to wait that long, I might die!!

I am pretty sure we ALL have to wait two weeks. HBO usually pulls this gem around National holidays and skip the new episodes for that weekend. 4th of July is this weekend, therefore, no new True Blood. We have to wait until 7/11. I hope to GOD I am wrong.

ETA, I just realized Im a week ahead of myself. Next weekend we have to wait an extra week, i think.

What??? They can't do that to us! Waiting 2 weeks for any episode, whether it's this weekend or next, is going to kill me!

I just got to watch Sunday's episode last night.

First of all - Eric? On the porch? That proposition? I would have been all "Bill who? Come inside...NOW!"

The scene where Pam says to Jessica "lets go into the bathroom and look at ourselves in the mirror" cracked me up. I am liking Pam more and more.

Can Sunday take any longer to get here????

I love Pam, too, and really like her talk with Jessica - poor girl!

I can't wait for the next episode either! Yesterday and Monday I was saturated with True Bloood, watching 4 episodes to catch up and now - NOTHING until next week!

Count me in with the Eric proposition thing...does it make me an awful, immoral person to wish that Bill could piss Sookie off, they'd temporarily break up, and we'd see some Eric/Sookie revenge sex?

I think we're all right there with you.....btw, I saw (on E news again, lol) an interview with the actor that plays Alcie (sp?) and he's totally cute. He's was actually on One Tree Hill and I did not recognize him AT ALL from that show! He looks soooo much better now!

Saw a short clip of this week's episode on HBO....the guy Jessica killed, his dead head was rolling around on the ground, so I'm doubtful that he turned into a vampire. Most likely, the new vamp did something with him.

Or maybe Pam took pity on her and took care of the body??
Could be. 2 more days and we find out....can't wait!

I read up to book 8, and it's kind of weird to me how some things are like in the book, and others totally different. I guess it's writer's license in adapting it to TV?

I rewatched season 1 and 2 in early June just for fun to refresh before the new season started. lol
