I got some great rainbow chard. Need recipe ideas. :D

I got some really great rainbow chard from the farmer's market.

I just need an idea on something to do with it. I usually just saute it or whatever but this chard is HUGE. It is perfect for wrapping around a bundle of something.

Does anyone have recipes?

i heard molly katzen on npr doing this recipe and it made me buy the cookbook.. you don't have to buy the cookbook for the recipe though!
it says ruby chard but rainbow chard is simply gorgeous and delicious done this way... you have to try this! here's the npr story with recipe.
note: it's a little troublesome to make/has several steps, but man it's impressive. if you're having a dinner or want to make something fancy, it's awesome (but i am a lazy cook, kwim?)..
