Help my friend!!!

She was SO dedicated to BFing! She got a sinus infection and got put on antibiotics. Her doc said that it could change the taste of her milk...I guess it did. Her DD won't take the milk even from a bottle. I guess she went 2 days and my friend says she's totally dried up??

I told her to keep pumping and trying to nurse because sometimes you can still stimulate lactation...right?

Another note:She said she's been pumping but can't get anything out... Not a single drop. Apparently this also happened to her mother when she was BFing?

Did she take sudafed (pseudoephedrine) for the sinus infection as well as antibiotics? That will dry you right up. The hints in the low milk supply sticky (in breastfeeding challenges forum under Breastfeeding Challenges Resource List) should help.

How old is her baby? She can also treat it like a nursing strike:
