Any suggestions? In addition to Epsom salt baths, I'm looking to add high quality mag EXCEPT mag oxide and high quality calcium to my system.

Would something like this work? Equal amounts of cal and mag. They also sell a stand-alone cal and a stand-alone mag if you want to be able to fiddle with ratios more.

I use Vital Nutrients. They have a Cal-Mag combo, but I just use the Magnesium Glycinate.

I rely on Puritan's Pride (puritan.com) for most supplements, especially after someone here on MDC said they were a good quality. They have magnesium citrate. Their prices are great too.

I've tried many and the best is Calcium-Magnesium is from a German company called Salus. It is liquid and supposed to be 100% absorbable.
