Symptoms one day after conception?

Has anyone had pregnancy symptoms, or just knew they were pregnant, as early as one day after conception?

I know you're not "supposed to" feel nauseous for a few weeks, but I have been nauseous today and yesterday, and if I'm pregnant, I would have conceived two days ago. I NEVER get nauseous, ever, so it's raising my warning flag. I know it's insanely early, but some people do *know* right away, right?

FWIW, with my son, I had a massive emotional breakdown/nesting instinct the day after I conceived. I noted it, because it was so unusual, and sure enough, I was pregnant.

by conceived do you mean you had sex two days ago or you ovulated two days ago? because if it were just having sex, theres a chance conception hasnt even happened yet even if you were to get pregnant this month!

oh yeah, the day after i knew both times. i just felt off and sick. fwiw my cycle is spot on and both my kids were born on the 7th.

Both. Had sex two days ago, midday, and most likely ovulated either that day or the day before, based on my fertility friend iPhone app, CM, and instinct.

This is a little silly, but I was struck by a girl's name that night, and DH agreed to it. We have a whole list of girl names from the lat pregnancy, and it's not on it. But now we have a girl's name, and if I am pregnant, I swear it's a girl.

We had been ttc #2 for 2 years. We DTD one night and I had this instant feeling of "I'm pregnant". No real rhyme or reason, since I wasn't ovulating regularly (it had actually been a couple months since af had been there). I took a HPT the next morning and it was a BFN. I took another one 12 days later and it was a faint positive. The u/s due date confirmed that we conceived the night I thought. I didn't have any symptoms, though. Just that mother's instinct.

Every time I've had the instant "I'm pregnant" feeling, I turned out to be wrong.
