prefolds?

i'm planning to use cloth but i've never really tried it (except for a few times with my DD, but we're talking maybe 10-15 times). because of cost i was thinking of going with prefolds with wraps. has anyone used either of these:

econobum

bummis

what do you think? is there a better low-cost way?

I've not had luck with one size diapers, but maybe another mom here has and can help you more with that.

I love the pre-fold packages at http://www.little-lions.com/page19.html I always upgrade my covers to the bummis ones because I personally hate prowrap covers. But some people love them.

Just remember even if you spend more money at first (like if you decide you want pockets or something instead), cloth diapering in the end will save you a lot of money on diapers.

Good luck

I'm also new to CDing, and I was actually just looking at the Econobum set earlier tonight! It looks like the reviews are pretty good.... and it would be hard to beat the deal.

I think I'm going to order them & see how they work. I've got a toddler in diapers and one due in about a month, and disposables are just too expensive! So we've decided to use cloth and I'm anxious to get some already!

Also, once I get them, I'd probably like to make my own covers, but getting a few in this set sounds like a good deal... even if we use those only around the house, etc. and "nicer" covers for when we go out & stuff.
